Terms of Service

1.General provisions

These terms govern the use of the DalmatinBattle service (the "Service"), available at dalmatinbattle.com and in Telegram through the bot @DalmatinBattle_bot. The operator of the Service is referred to as the "Administration", and anyone using the Service as the "User".

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

2.Definitions

Account — the User's account in the Service, linked to their Telegram account.
Stars — the Service's internal currency, topped up with Telegram Stars.
GRAM — the Service's second currency, deposited and withdrawn through crypto payments.
Items — virtual items and Telegram gifts (Telegram Gifts, NFT gifts) that can be obtained in the Service.
Case — a game set of items with fixed drop probabilities.

3.Eligibility

The Service may be used only by adults: 18 years or older, or the age of majority in the User's country if it is higher.
The User is solely responsible for making sure that use of the Service is legal where they are located. If games of chance or trading in virtual items are prohibited or restricted in your country, you must not use the Service.
One person may hold one account. Transferring an account to third parties is prohibited.
The User is responsible for the security of their Telegram account and for all actions performed through it.

4.Gameplay and risks

The result of every case opening, mini-game, upgrade, craft and duel is random. Probabilities are shown in the relevant sections of the interface.
Where the Provably Fair scheme is used, the User can verify the fairness of a result independently.
Winnings are not guaranteed. The User may lose everything spent in the game. The Service is entertainment, not a way to earn money. Play only with funds you can afford to lose.
The value of Items may differ from their price on third-party platforms and may change over time. The Administration does not guarantee any particular market value of Items.

5.Balance, deposits and payments

Deposits in Stars are made through the Telegram payment system and are subject to its rules. Deposits in GRAM are made by a crypto transfer with the comment and amount specified in the Service; erroneous transfers (wrong amount, comment or network) may not be credited automatically.
Funds credited to the balance are considered deposited voluntarily by the User. A refund is possible only in case of a technical error of the Service or where required by law.
Fees of payment systems and blockchains, as well as conversion rates, are set by third-party services and do not depend on the Administration.
The Administration may suspend an operation for review if it suspects fraud, an error or a violation of the rules.

6.Receiving and withdrawing Items

Won Items are shown in the profile. A withdrawal is made by sending the gift to the User's Telegram account.
Withdrawal time depends on the availability of the Item, the work of third-party services and Telegram restrictions. Delays, manual review of requests and temporary withdrawal limits are possible.
Some Items may be unavailable for withdrawal. If an Item that dropped cannot be withdrawn, the Administration may replace it with an Item of similar value or return its value to the balance.
The User must provide a correct receiving account and follow Telegram's rules on receiving and transferring gifts. The Administration is not responsible for restrictions that Telegram itself places on the User's account.

7.Bonuses, promo codes, Free Box, referrals, friends and VIP

Bonuses, promo codes, daily and free cases, referral rewards, VIP ranks and task rewards are provided on the terms shown in the Service and may be changed or cancelled by the Administration.
Bonus funds and task rewards may have restrictions on use and withdrawal.
Referral rewards are paid for real active users. Inviting your own additional accounts, self-referrals and artificial inflation are prohibited.
Duels are played between friends for a stake announced in advance. Collusion, moving funds between your own accounts through duels and other schemes to bypass restrictions are prohibited.

8.Prohibited actions

Using multiple accounts, bots, scripts, auto-clickers or any automation tools.
Exploiting errors and vulnerabilities of the Service, attempting unauthorized access, disrupting operation or bypassing protection.
Fraud, money laundering, use of someone else's payment details and collusion between users.
Placing unlawful, offensive or pornographic content in a profile, as well as material that infringes third-party rights.
Attempting to mislead the Administration or other users.

In case of a violation, the Administration may, without prior notice, reject a withdrawal request, cancel bonuses and winnings obtained in violation of the rules, restrict features or block the account, including withholding funds obtained through the violation.

9.Data and privacy

To operate the Service we receive and process your Telegram account data: ID, name, username, profile photo and language, as well as game data: balance, transaction history, openings, items, friends, settings and profile materials you add (bio, banner).
Technical data (IP address, device and browser type, request times) is used for security, fraud prevention and stable operation.
We do not sell your data. It may be shared only with payment and infrastructure services to the extent needed to operate (for example Telegram, content delivery and protection services), and on a lawful request of competent authorities.
Part of your profile data (name, avatar, rank, bio, favorite case, banner) is visible to other users. You can hide your participation in the leaderboard in the settings.
You can request deletion of your data or account by contacting support. Transaction records may be kept longer where needed to investigate violations or required by law.

10.Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absence of errors, nor the availability of third-party services the Service depends on (Telegram, payment systems, gift marketplaces).
The Administration may perform maintenance and change or discontinue individual features and games.
To the extent permitted by law, the Administration is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, losses caused by third parties, network failures, blocking of the Service by providers or Telegram's decisions.
The User is liable for losses caused to the Administration by a breach of these terms.

11.Intellectual property

The design, texts, source code and other materials of the Service belong to the Administration or are used on a lawful basis. Copying and use without permission is prohibited. Names and images of gifts and third-party services belong to their respective owners. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.

12.Changes to the terms

The Administration may change these terms. The current version is always available on this page with its date. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new version.

13.Contact and disputes

For any questions, requests and disputes, contact support: @DalmatinBattlesupport_bot. News and promotion terms are published in the channel @DalmatinBattles. The parties will try to resolve disputes through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in the manner established by applicable law.
